Clinic Owner

Jennifer Horton

Speech-Language Pathologist, B.A., M.Sc., Reg. CASLPO since 2000, Assistant Clinical Professor – McMaster University

Jennifer leads a team of SLPs and CDAs across two clinics, specializing in acquired brain injury. She provides expert medico-legal assessments for both defense and plaintiff sides, including independent medical examinations (IMEs) in the auto industry. An active member of Ontario Rehab Alliance (ORA) and Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SACS), Jennifer is also an executive committee member of the Brain Injury Association of Niagara (BIAN) Board of Directors, and as well provides peer assessments and expert opinions to the college regarding SLP practices in Ontario. She regularly attend conferences on cognitive communication disorders, voice issues, swallowing, and mental health/addictions.

🌟 When not at Lear, you will find me on the golf course, out for a bike ride,and cheering her 3 children on in their activities!
